Sweat it out...think it put. Are you the type who works through stuff on the mat? Pondering and thinking through the past few days, months or years?
Today as I challenged myself with my #buti workout, I celebrated my tailbone being almost always pain free now. 🏼Back in March I had a sledding injury and wow did that leave me thankful for.a body that works pretty darn awesome 99% of the time!
Also today I was thinking about all the work we’ve been doing around the house, planting, sorting, decluttering, making space for my parents to move in (while they find land to build) and how that process has allowed for more energy, more clarity of though, and the fact that I’ve been working out more again and eating well. But my thoughts are this...there is an unseen energy sucker in having physical and emotional “things” around that aren’t serving us any longer.
So I challenge you, if you’re feeling stuck, lethargic, emotionally drained...look at what things in your home you need to get rid of, or what you’re holding onto emotionally? And use some Wintergreen on your shoulders...it’s the oil of surrender. Check my insta feed for the details. - 10 days ago
