Mutterland Cölln's is a place with history, the place where most delish cinnamon buns (or as locals say Franzbrötchen aka French Pastry) are served🤤. Not the least important fact, Cölln's is the first (still operating) oysters importer in Germany.
Leaving seafood on the side, adventurers and part-time importers brought spices, salts, sugars, coffees, teas and other goods. This background impacted local menu which consists of 10 types of hot chocolate and 20 types of tea, various breakfasts (served till 5 o'clock on the weekend), daily cakes, salads, soups and even juicy quiches.
