I felt unworthy.
I felt unpretty.
I felt incredibly uncomfortable in my own skin.
And on a "good day" I felt GOOD, but not nearly good ENOUGH.
I would make plans on a Sunday that "tomorrow" I would start, and at some point Monday or Tuesday I would "blow it" and binge the rest of that week because I was sure that "next Monday" I would have it this time and get it under control.
I've battled eating - food - confidence - thinking about the scale - since I was 18 and until I got a huge awakening with my health this month , I had just recently pulled myself out of a very LOW point
Eating is a "physical action" but, my Friends, it's 220% MENTAL. ️May 2nd I'm beginning an exclusive test group on a ground breaking program that is being launched, 2B Mindset 🏼 The preliminary "pre launch" test group has left participants mind blown 🤯 Plateaus from yearssss have been broken.
Emotional, stress, binge eating has been overcome.
Counting calories - never AGAIN!
Using portion containers...nope! Removing ANY food group from your day ... oh my, of course NOT 😬 (you DO need carbs and I'm sorry, if you say you're never going to eat them again or treat yourself...it's the most UNsustainable "thing" ever )
Diet??? Nah, we don't "diet" - we "LIFESTYLE" it 🏼 Yet... -still lose weight
-still drop inches
-still produce natural energy
-still feel GOOD, UNdeprived, and UNrestricted
