Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
It’d be so easy to be “too busy” for workouts this week. I’m traveling. I have work events.. a trip to Nashville with friends.. I could have so many excuses.
I’m too busy.
It’s too hard.
I’m too tired.
