The leader of an organization embodies the servanthood. He/she holds the vision, creativity, and secures measures and facilitates the opportunities necessary to take care of the employees. Whereas the manager represents the execution of the organization's internal infrastructure - insofar as overseeing the numbers, accountability, and ensuring the outcome of results and productivity.
