So got the MRI results back. Turns out the labrum is good, just have a bunch of other stuff going on, but mostly it's that my supraspinatus and subscapularis and respective tendons are partially torn. So basically, limiting low bar work, still deadlifting, but no pressing lelz poverty bench is staying poverty until future notice.
Since I have to switch up my block now, did 3-0-1 tempo SSB, ascending singles up to 275@7 and then 4x4@6/7. Also, still doing sumo's and trying to figure that out: 1-0-1 7's @cardio . Mobility feels good enough for max width (as shown in last clip of a yolo single), just gotta figure out my starting hip position to prevent hip shoot. Finished with slow eccentric pull ups since that doesn't hurt my shoulder.
