About to get in a 🏋🏻♀️ workout before treating ourselves to a couples massage to kick off this new week from a filled cup! It's amazing how for so many years I looked at things like meal prep and workouts as a chore I avoided at all costs, and massages as an extravagance not worth the cost... but now I see those actions and choices as ways to honor my wellbeing. I still vividly remember my grocery hauls from the dollar store, full of nutrient-devoid fruits, veggies, and processed foods... followed by stress attacks from the "Sunday scaries" for the coming week... and wondered why my energy levels and focus weren't what I needed them to be.
