When you may be training your "Yang" while doing Calisthenics, Football, Basketball, GYM or whatever your sport is; it is extremely important to,also, train your "Ying" in order to balance your spirit and reach a perfect equilibrium.
I chose Qi Gong (氣功) to drive and control my inner or spiritual energy. It is an ancient practice and knowledge that has been proved to be older than 5000 years! It is very usefull in order to keep your body healthy. Yoga and Tai Ji Chuan can give you the same benefits. It is all about our inner energy, our Kundalini, our Qi and how to drive this "magnetic field" toward our success.
I want to be very clear about something and this is that most of the fundamentals I will share here with you are not my ideas, or words or discoveries. Throughout this blog, I aim to share with YOU all the knowledge I've gained from my investigations and lectures during my life. I've been lucky enough to have the time to research about all this topics and I want to make it easier for those who haven't got the time to investigate it in a deep level.
