Leg day has my legs and ass on ! But I'm getting myself ready for vacation as Spring vacation is only 35 days away! I want to feel confident in that and see the progress I have made since day 1! I know I'm not going to be skinny or have rocking abs because that's not my goal! Well a 4 pack or 6 pack would be nice lol but My goal is to shrink the bloat and spare tire that hangs around my lower belly!
After having a c-section and a vbac the belly fat struggle is real! But I'm working to make it better. The support that I get from my team and fellow challengers is amazing because we are all on this journey together and not doing it alone!
