30 Russian Twists (weighted)
10 Side Plank Hip Lifts/side
As demonstrated in the video, you will perform three sets of a circuit containing Russian twists and side plank hip lifts. For the Russian twist, brace your core and with a stable trunk rotate your arms twisting side to side. Add a weight for an extra challenge. Every rotation is 1 rep. For the Side Plank hip lift, assume a side plank position, feet stacked in a passive position. From there engage the obliques and lift your hips until your spine is completely neutral and straight. Complete the entire circuit and rest 1:00.
