One of my absolute favorite meals filled with healthy fats carbs and protein!
Salmon: this one was bought from @woolworths_sa , but I usually marinate my own in some honey, soy sauce, coriander, garlic, sesame oil and spring onion.
Hummus: I make my own simple hummus with chickpeas, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon and zataar
Maple roasted butternut: probably my favorite side dish, made with roasting butternut segments in olive oil, chili flakes and a splash of 100% pure maple syrup.
Sweet potato fries: made in my air fryer and spiced with Himalayan rock salt and celery
Steamed greens: I like to steam my greens, then drizzle olive oil and lemon on-top with some salt and pepper. - 6 hours ago
