Seré realista, estos últimos dos meses no me dediqué cómo debía a mis rutinas, a mi nutrición tampoco.
Sí, desayune mi batido de fórmula 1 con proteína y mis 3 teces al día no faltaron. Pero la realidad es que pude haberlo hecho mejor.

No viene al caso culparse, las próximas 6 semanas serán de puro crecimiento y dedicación porqué vienen metas grandes por las que tengo que trabajar.

Intermittent fasting is a way of organizing your diet into an 8 hour eating period, followed by a 16 hour fast.👍🏼 Now you can alter these two window periods as much as you’d like, and what works in your lifestyle is best!👌🏼

The goal here is to keep your window of eating smaller than usual leading you hopefully into a caloric deficit. This method usually is effective because it is very difficult to eat a mass amount of calories in an 8 hour window.

Fasting for prolonged time allows time for the body to clean itself internally and rejuvenate your cells! .
Some may fast for even a 24 hour period at times, and others for faith purposes. It allows time for reflection, and does give you more insight on yourself in regards to how you see food.

Water and Coffee become very useful during this period to stay hydrated and alert at times where we feel we might slip up or crave some food.

This diet method does work if done consistently, and in about 1-2 months you can see a noticeable change, and remember it’s because you end up being in a deficit.

Figure out which times of the day you don’t really need to eat and pick that prime eating time where you know you will need quality energy and focus (usually at work, or training session).

Sleep, Rest, Recover and Rebuild.

If there’s one thing I’ve personally experienced and continue to learn more about is to not sacrifice our Sleep, Rest & Recovery in place of more training.
_ 
Training success depends on managing the stress within our lives to produce the physiological responses required that will create positive adaptations. 
_ 
Our value of sleep is measured not only in the number of hours but also the quality of those hours, just like our training is but many of you will subtract sleeping hours to fit in more training. 
_ 
You start justifying poor sleeping habits or lack of time to rest and recover because of work etc but will still insist you hit your sessions. This will end up impairing your ability to make positive physiological adaptations with your fitness and physique. 
_ 
Your trump card is the principle of efficiency. It is far better to perform less training well than it is to perform more training poorly, especially where performance is concerned. 
_ 
This doesn’t always mean less is more as you can always do more if you are able to adapt positively. Making sure you’re getting all of the fundamental basics nailed with your sleep, recovery, nutrition and hydration will help with this as they all contributing factors to the pillars of performance along with training and cardio.

How frequent do you train weak points?

For me, my arms need a little more frequency than anything else! I feel@it’s the first place I start looking like mr cheese string! I’ve definitely seen progression since hitting every rotation which is 3 days training 1 day off!

It’s important to know when to back off from this though! I’ve got to the point where there simply not recovering enough by the next time round which is a combination of the frequency, volume and the fact of being in a calorie deficit!

Продолжая тему о стрессовом гормоне картизоле , расскажу вам как снизить его уровень.
И так :
▪️Это медитации. По исследованиям буддисты испытывают очень мало стресса, даже практически вообще не испытывают. Хм секрет в их блестящей причёске ? Было дело ,знал я человека который верил в буддизм, но вот спокойным он точно не был . Но,сама тема буддизма мне очень нравится . ▪️Правильная музыка. Да да, если в вашем плейлисте правильная подборка треков ,то она оказывает успокаивающие действие. В Японии  в больницах включали музыку на серьезных процедурах и тд уровень картизола у данной группы был ниже, чем у людей в спокойной комнате. Да и вообще как по мне Музыка это магическая вещь.
▪️Сон. Писал я уже о сне. Почему рекомендуют спать 8 ,А не 6ч? Да потому что, за время 8 ми часового сна ваш организм может полностью восстановиться от стресса за сутки, а для нас каждый день это стресс, уровень картизола снижается на половину! Есть исследование и о дневном сне, но оно очень спорно. Заключается оно в том ,что дневной сон, восполняет  и восстанавливает организм, у людей которые недоспали ночью. ▪️Массаж . При грамотном массаже . Спустя нескольких сеансов уровнь картизола падает и держится в одной планке долго.
▪️Ну и самое забавное на последок. Жевачка, именно ! При жевание жвачки, увеличения  кровотока и а активности в некоторых участках мозга. Вооооот. Лучший антикатаболик - орбит . 
А вообще просто высыпайтесь , меньше нервничайте, не ругайтесь с окружающими и ваши мышцы не будут разрушаться 😀😀

One of the things I get asked the most is: “How do I build my upper chest?”. 95% of people who ask this question simply need to change it to “how do I build my chest?”. It certainly isn’t often I look at a guy and say, “wow, great chest, but the upper portion needs improvement”.
.
I’ve said it many times before, yes, there are tricks and hacks. But it’s unlikely you (or I) are in the top bracket of truly plateaued individuals who need them. Yes, there certainly are ways to bias the Clavicular, Sternal or Costal fibres of your pec when performing a press or a fly. But if you’re not trying to isolate a particular portion of a muscle and your execution still sucks when just letting your body move in it’s most natural motor pattern, you’re going to be left wondering why that body part is still lagging.
.
Here is the thing, with relation to chest training in particular, if you can’t get on a bench press, flat cable fly or just stand there and contract your pecs hard (to the point you feel like you’re about to cramp) I hate to tell you, no amount of stupid ass ‘around the world flies’ (you should literally punch the face of the person who told you to do those) are going to help you.
.
So if you are someone who’s chest is a priority body part, next time someone tells you to fix it with an obscure exercise, tell them to f**k off, go find a mirror and stand there trying to touch the inside of your elbows together whilst squeezing your pecs, cause I promise it’s going to do you more good 😉 #protip #chestworkout

It certainly isn’t often I look at a guy and say, “wow, great chest, but the upper portion needs improvement”. . I’ve said it many times before, yes, there are tricks and hacks. But it’s unlikely you (or I) are in the top bracket of truly plateaued individuals who need them. Yes, there certainly are ways to bias the Clavicular, Sternal or Costal fibres of your pec when performing a press or a fly. But if you’re not trying to isolate a particular portion of a muscle and your execution still sucks when just letting your body move in it’s most natural motor pattern, you’re going to be left wondering why that body part is still lagging. . Here is the thing, with relation to chest training in particular, if you can’t get on a bench press, flat cable fly or just stand there and contract your pecs hard (to the point you feel like you’re about to cramp) I hate to tell you, no amount of stupid ass ‘around the world flies’ (you should literally punch the face of the person who told you to do those) are going to help you. . So if you are someone who’s chest is a priority body part, next time someone tells you to fix it with an obscure exercise, tell them to f**k off, go find a mirror and stand there trying to touch the inside of your elbows together whilst squeezing your pecs, cause I promise it’s going to do you more good #protip #chestworkout - 6 hours ago

Hoezo dat 🧐? De trainer heeft dan niet goed kunnen uitdragen dat 'ie het genoemde bedrag waard is. In een landschap waar mensen zichzelf al personal trainer noemen als ze drie biceps curls op hun cv hebben, moet je nu eenmaal hard werken om je meerwaarde te vermarkten. Een goede trainer is als Balenciaga's in de uitverkoopbak van de Scapino. Zolang je jouw kwaliteit en merk niet laat zien, ben je in de ogen van jouw potentiële cliënt gewoon een paar Osaga's... waarvan de naden al losraken na 3x sporten👟 (yes, heb ze gehad😅).

Plus, de beloning van coaching is niet direct merkbaar. Mensen twijfelen weleens over de 69,- euro per maand voor mijn eigen online-coaching, terwijl ze dat bedrag wél in één dag verbrassen op een festival (kluisje van 8 euro niet meegerekend😉). Je weet namelijk dat je voor dat geld direct een toptijd krijgt, in plaats van wekenlang zelf zwoegen in de hoop dat je tevreden wordt.

Zelf zou ik er gemakkelijk duizend euro voor over hebben gehad om niet de eerste jaren zo dom aan te kloten in de gym, met al die zinloze kennis die ik opdeed via bodybuildingfora en chemisch ondersteunde fitnessgoeroes. Die verkwisting van tijd en energie krijg ik helaas nooit meer terug, maar dat is kennis die je achteraf pas opdoet.

Row to Neck is one of the most underrated exercises. Most people develop bad upper back posture from looking at computer screens and cellphones. People also tend to focus more on training the muscles in front of the body, which can be seen in a mirror, than they do the muscles in the back of the body. So this helps balance out the physique, as well as help injury proof the shoulders. It makes the traps, rear delts, & rhomboids of the upper back work a little harder than the do when performing most versions of the row. *

Protein bars. 
Many of you use these as a snack, meal replacement or treat. 
While they are not as good as a protein drink, you get the pleasure of eating something.

Not all bars are equal. I have included the ingredients list in the photos and the calories. 
I personally wouldn't have the Aussie bodies low carb bar.  Too many ingredients, highest calories and lowest protein content.

The Smart bar is probably slightly better for ingredients used than the vital strength bar.  I would have either of these although I'd rather eat real food.

It is worthwhile looking to see what is in your bar.

It should mainly consist whey protein and not soy protein. Unless you want a soy product.

Here's something that I posted a while ago but I though was important to share once again.

You need to train the appropriate muscle fibers for the activity you participate in.
.
For example, a powerlifter and a marathon runner need to train different muscle fibers for their sport to be successful.
.
A powerlifter needs to produce lots of power over a short amount of time. Type 1 fibers are the best at doing this. Therefore, a powerlifter would need to focus on training primarily their type 1 fibers. To do this, they could load a high amount of weight and perform a low amount of reps with it. Or, they could run 40 yard sprints to train the type 1 fibres in their legs. There are multiple ways of doing so.

On the other hand, a marathon runner needs to produce less power at a given time, but over a much longer period of time. Type 2 muscle fibers are the best at doing this. To train these muscles, they could load a low amount of weight and perform a much higher amount of repetitions with it. Or, they could also train by repeatedly running for longer distances.

The bottom line: its crucial that you train for what you need.

ALL MY CLIENTS (All) are on my no excessive cardio, no depleted diet program and my team has won overall swords, my lifestyle clients have made multiple transformations, multiple high placements, ONLY 4 ATHLETES DIDNT PLACE UNDER MY GUIDANCE, multiple fitmoms, older woman all getting lean. NATURAL, WITHOUT EXCESSIVE CARDIO, WITHOUT DEPLETED DIETS. If your a male bodybuilder, women’s physique pro or someone trying to be Mr/Ms Olympia then yes you need anabolics because you need to force essential body Fat condition but not everyone is doing this to to be Mr Olympia and some categories don’t require essential body fat levels. To say that getting to 14% as a female , which is the most common condition level for most bikini athletes and an athletic range of body fat for every lifestyle clients, requires anabolics, 2 hour cardio, and 900 calorie diets makes no sense, do we not realize there are millions of people at 14% who don’t even know what steroids is or how to use them. There are multiple holistic, health, online coaches, sport athletes, and every day lifestyle people who are at this level and don’t even know where to find an anabolic, have never done more than an hour traditional cardio straight ever and also eat strong. To say that something that clearly is being proven around the world outside of bodybuilding, shit is even being proven on my page, requires something that millions are NOT using to achieve something that millions have just makes no sense. Looking to get a little leaner? Here are a few tips that I live by when I want to shift some body fat in a healthy, sustainable way.

1) Diversify your training with a mixture of weights and cardio. For fat loss I’ll focus on intensity and volume during weight sessions. This means maximising the amount of reps you complete during a session and minimising rest periods to 30-45secs (depending on fitness level). There’s no magic formula, but i find that 5 sets of 10-15 reps of an exercise works well which I’ll often combine with a superset e.g. 5x12 Incline DB Press with a superset of 5x10 push ups. This volume of training will help you build muscle which actually increases your metabolism to help burn more fat naturally. For cardio I swear by HIIT. You burn the most calories through running, so the treadmill is best. I’ll often add 7-12 rounds of HIIT on to the end of a weight session, it’s over quickly (10-15 mins) so you’ll be done in no time. 
2) Gain a rough understanding on your nutritional needs. How many calories do should you eat to lose weight? How much protein, carbs and fats are ideal for you to reach your goals? If you’re not sure about the answers then you’ll be guessing and probably not making progress. I’ve written a short, simple eBook on this which you can download for free (link in my bio). 3) Hydrate. One of the best habits I’ve formed is downing a glass of water when I wake up and drinking around 8 big cups per day. It curbs your hunger, keeps you energised (being dehydrated makes you tired 😴) 4) Aim to eat as clean as possible. By that I mean limiting processed foods, foods with refined sugar (this includes bread, pasta and other non whole foods that people have come to know as ‘staples’ in their diet.) Instead, go for a whole food plant based diet. Your energy will soar, your recovery will be magnified and your weight will be a lot more manageable. You can still treat yourself though!
