Anyone else with me on this one?! Avocados are too expensive to waste! Currently eating my second one for the day with a little pink Himalayan salt and black pepper; so delicious!
Avocados are loaded with fiber, rich in mono-saturated fatty acids(heart healthy), full of vitamins + antioxidants and promotes clear skin! Don’t believe the fear induced messages about “fat causes fat” and being scared of healthy fats and carbs. It’s mainly used to push fad diets and there’s too many nutritious foods to miss out on!
Too much protein is hard on the kidneys, liver, can increase cholesterol levels, and cause dehydration. I eat way more carbs and fat than protein and have more energy, clearer skin, more frequent bowel movements + better results in the gym!
So do what works BEST for your body and health! Eat the foods you enjoy, avoid restricting entire food groups/certain foods (leads to binging I know 🏼♀️) and find your peace + balance in everything you do. Love you all! 🌎 - 2 hours ago
