Celebrating independence day with the most common coffee brewing method in Indonesia. It's Mokka Arabika from Koffie Fabriek (coffee factory in Dutch) "Aroma", one of the legendary coffee factories in Bandung, established since 1930 by Tan Houw Sian.
The processing of coffee is still using the traditional way, dried in the sun and kept in burlap sacks for years before finally roasted and rolled into coffee. This just remind me how coffee industry has changed rapidly over the years. There are people, knowledge, passion, and history to be appreciated. - 15 hours ago
