COFFEE ️ Is one of the greatest things everrrr but we can easily make it very detrimental for us.
There are a ton of benefits to drinking coffee:
•Increases energy levels which in turn improves mood and brain function •Coffee can help with fat burn as it increases metabolism •Caffeine can increase adrenaline levels, in turn
improving physical performance •Coffee beans are abundant in nutrients including vitamins B2, B5, B3, manganese, magnesium, and potassium. • MAY reduce risk of diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, dementia as well as having protective effects on your liver •Lastly, Coffee can help fight depression and lower risk of certain cancers
Even though these all sound great! Drinking too much coffee or loading your coffee with fatty creamers and sugars may counteract some of these benefits. Also keep in mind that these benefits differentiate between individuals and your personal health history can also play a factor. ️TRY️
• Black coffee - Add coconut oil and honey or cinnamon - Almond milk/ other plant based milks
As a healthier alternative if you are trying to cut down on the calories in your coffee
