One of the hardest parts about timed nutrition for me, has been eating a pre-workout meal, because I need to eat at like 5:15am! I'm hungry, but nothing really sounds good that early.
Last week, I drank my superfood shake with fruit & PB for most of the week. That works, but sometimes I like to save it for my afternoon snack! .
I tried something new today! This is like a zucchini/carrot bread but without the flour and sugar. This dish makes 3 servings. I warmed it up in the air fryer and topped it with a little stevia and PB! It counts as ️🥄! It was actually really good and something my stomach can handle early! - 1 hour ago

Chocolate protein powder from Garden of Life (plant based) almond milk, half a cup of frozen raspberries and half a cup of fresh one. I also added a few fresh blueberries. One small green frozen banana, tsp of cinnamon, 1 tbsp of ground flax seeds and 1 tbsp of rice germ powder topped with Cacau nibs. - 3 hours ago

Those who are sleeping on oatmeal by claiming that it’s bland and boring are probably not making it properly!! Oatmeal is one of my fav breakfasts and I eat it pretty much daily and especially on training days 🏋🏻♀️. This chocolate oatmeal recipe will speak to your soul if you love the chocolate and nut butter combo as much as I do ! Also, it makes me wake up early with ease because eating it is something that I genuinely look forward to every morning tbh - RECIPE
• 3/4-1 cup of water (depending how thicccc you like your oats, less water makes it thicker. I like it mad thicc so I go for 3/4 cup)
• 3/4 cup quick oats • 1 tsp white ground chia seeds • A sprinkle of cinnamon • 1 tbsp cacao powder
• A splash of almond milk • Desired toppings (fruits, nuts, coconut flakes, seeds etc... I always use 1 tsp of natural peanut OR almond butter and some type of fruit) - Bring 3/4 cup of water to a boil and add the oats, ground chia, and cinnamon. Mix together then take it off from the heat and add the cacao powder. Mix together until well combined and add the almond milk. Chicken spinach pasta
250g Wholewheat penne pasta
Half a head of cauliflower (boiled & pulsed)
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 tbsp ginger minced
1 chicken breast (chopped)
1 cup white button mushroom
1 cup spinach cooked
1/2 cup of skimmed milk/ reduced fat cream
50g Parmesan cheese reduced fat grated
Start off with cooking the wholewheat pasta in boiling water.
Next heat up the extra virgin olive oil.
Add the minced garlic & ginger & sauté for 30seconds.
Add the chicken for 10minutes until cooked.
Add the mushrooms to sauté along with the spinach.
Boil the cauliflower and puree then add it to the chicken along with the skimmed milk & Grated Parmesan cheese.
Once simmered season with salt and pepper.
Serve on top of penne pasta. - 7 hours ago
