Good bacteria, and bad bacteria. Or, 'bugs'. That's what our gut is made of. The more processed foods we eat; the harsh chemicals that farmers have put into our soil the last 20 years, and all the antibiotics that are used (they kill the GOOD and BAD, bacteria in our gut) has caused 80 percent of our population to have, 'leaky gut.' 😮 Basically, this day and age, we just can't get away from the bad stuff!
