Mrkvový dort s ricottovým krémem🍰
Těsto: 500 g mrkve, 120 g ovesných vloček, 40 g medu + 30 g kokosového sirupu, 2 vejce + 3 bílky, 1 prášek do pečiva
Krém: 250 g ricotty, 200 g řeckého jogurtu, 4 lžíce medu
Mrkve nastrouháme, přidáme k nim ovesné vločky, med, sirup, 2 vejce, prášek do pečiva a pořádně promícháme. Z bílků vyšleháme sníh, který pak zlehka smícháme s těstem. Nalijeme do dortové formy a pečeme asi 30 - 40 minut na 180 stupňů. Smícháme všechny ingredience na krém, který nalijeme na vychladlý korpus. Hotový dort ještě můžeme posypat semínky nebo nadrcenými oříšky. ----------------------------------------

Cream: 250 g ricotta, 200 g Greek yogurt, 4 tablespoons of honey
Grate carrots, add oat flakes, honey, syrup, 2 eggs, baking powder and mix thoroughly. From the egg whites swip „the snow“, which then lightly mix with the dough. Pour into a cake mold and bake for about 30 - 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Mix all ingredients for the cream that pour on done chilled cake. The finished cake can be sprinkled with seeds or chopped nuts.

These use the same strategies as restaurant foods and promise you won’t need to work to make your meal. Read the labels carefully to avoid hidden fats and sugar which are there to attract the most customers just like at the restaurant. Buy only lean fish, poultry, and plant proteins like tofu. Spend time in the Produce Section where you will find low calorie colorful fruits and vegetables. A fruit has only about 70 Calories per 100 grams and a vegetable has only about 50 Calories per 100 grams so feature these in your meals over rice or potatoes which have 250 Calories per 100 grams! For doggy lunch today we made a lentil stew with brown rice, Udo's oil, Vegedog, and threw in some carrots, green spinach,  green peas and topped it off with nutritional yeast. As a little appetizer while waiting we gave the dogs some banana to hold them over since we slept in today.😴🍌🐶

Homemade buffalo chicken pizza....oh ya! 
1️⃣Cook chicken breast
2️⃣Mix plain Greek yogurt and buffalo sauce. Test for taste to see if you need more buffalo sauce. 
3️⃣Spread Greek yogurt over the pizza crust. 
4️⃣Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the Greek yogurt.
5️⃣Shred chicken and distribute over pizza. Sprinkle a little more cheese over the pizza. 
6️⃣Make s spiral of buffalo sauce around the pizza and cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. 
7️⃣Enjoy a piece or two with some salad. 
8️⃣Smile!

🌟 TOP 10 NUTRITION TIPS 🌟

There's no way to out work bad eating habits in the gym. You could try, but not only will that a) make you do miserable amounts of cardio thinking it will reverse what you ate (it won't) and b) you still probably won't get where you want to be 👎🏼 Having a healthy diet doesn't mean you have to eat salads and carrot sticks 24/7 (or ever if you don't want to). It's about finding whole, nutritious NATURAL food that you e n j o y 80% of the time, and letting yourself enjoy dessert, wine, pasta, pizza—whatever it is that you love to eat but isn't necessarily good for you 20% of the time. That being said, here are some things that have helped me get my nutrition into check 💯🌈💫
1️⃣drink more water/ avoid liquid cals
2️⃣focus on your meals around a source of lean protein (chicken, lean ground turkey, eggs, etc.)
3️⃣eat more veggies // focus on Whole Foods 
4️⃣ eat what YOU like || don't try to force yourself to eat kale every morning if you don't like it 
5️⃣****this is probably what helped me the most **** learn the correct portion sizes || I use a scale now bc I track macros but measuring cups are perfectly fine (portion size located on nutrition labels)
6️⃣ read the labels of the food you're eating || if you can't pronounce the ingredients, it's more than likely filled with a bunch of artificial shit 
7️⃣meal prep || this is so key—pick one day and prep in bulk 2 or more healthy meals for you to have easy access to throughout the week 
8️⃣allow yourself a cheat MEAL 1-2 times a week || for mental sanity 
9️⃣anything that promises you you'll lose weight in a week (tea detoxes, any "fat burning" pill etc. is a bunch of bull

If you do it right, you should be able to eat more than you used to because you're not eating as much calorie dense foods. Also, if you don't eat enough your metabolism will slow down. I don’t mean to alarm you but it’s genuinely been about a month since I last had a sweet breakfast🤷🏼‍♀️
... and that ain’t changing anytime soon because it’s actually been really working for me. 
BUUUT, that doesn’t mean nightly oat bowls aren’t still happening. Genuinely *how* people can eat chicken and sweet potato before bed is beyond me. I get it, #youdoyou n all that but I’ll be doin’ me eating oats at all hours of the day. •••
Anyway, this is actually a PSA🎤 cos I tried @ombarchocolate for the first time and I was not prepared for that level of deliciousness. I confess, when I realised it was vegan I was all 🙄 after reviews that typically vegan chocolate is all grainy n stuff🙅🏼‍♀️ but THIS IS NOT A DRILL: it’s so damn creamy and up there with the best chocolate I’ve had. I know, bold statement. And I’ve been to a Belgian chocolate factory #justsaying. 
So yeah, try it n thank me later hunniezzzz. Happy Sunday🌟

It's breakfast! @strengthsensei1 says eating a well structured breakfast with dopamine and acetyl-choline supporting nutrients such as tyrosine and choline, ie meat, eggs and nuts, will set up your neurotransmitters for productivity, help you make better food choices during the rest of the day and help keep you lean...... the nuts came as the second course of my two course breakfast 😬. This guy knows his stuff so @irishrobk and I are giving it a go and hey 🤷‍♀️.....breakfast was 👌😃
