Are you a busy person?
Not just a busy person physically, but mentally. Do you do a lot of thinking?
Now thinking isn't a bad thing, if you are feeling great and those thoughts are busily throwing creative ideas your way. That's a great thing.
But if that isn't happening most of the time and your thoughts are leaving you exhausted, then it's time to chill. Take some time to relax your mind and veg out. It doesn't need to be long. You can begin with a couple of minutes. That's what I did. 2 minutes relaxation a few times throughout the day, will change the direction of your life.
You can be standing in a queue, sitting in a cafe, or riding the subway. It doesn't matter where you are, all you need do is focus on your breathing. Eyes open of eyes closed makes no difference. The important part is that you just focus on your breath and relax.
Your head will thank you!
