I was the girl that used to spend an hour on the treadmill or elliptical. Not because I loved cardio, trust me I didn’t, but I was so intimidated to use weights.
I wasn’t sure what to do when, how do it, what day to do it, who was watching, who was judging, I mean every excuse in the book.
Well the book has been thrown out and the excuses are gone and I’m in love.
I’m obsessed with lifting weights and I feel 10x better after a lift sessions than cardio.
