My recipe: 25gr coffee, 400gr water at 93-94C, 23 clicks on the Comandante hand grinder. Stirred bloom using 75gr water and 30sec wait, followed by rest water in one continuous pour. Total brew time around 2:50min ⏱️ - 13 hours ago
