163 lbs - 188 lbs
Now to continue a slow bulk. Im hoping to be around 210 in a year, but leaner. Let’s go!
It’s crazy how fast a year goes by, but all the things that were so hard for me are just a part of my daily ritual now:
The 5 AM workouts,
Tracking my macros,
Drinking a gallon of water a day,
Getting in 40+grams of protein every 2-3 hours,
Carrying a shake or two with me when i go out,
Prepping my shakers every night,
Prepping meals on my days off,
Prepping my vitamins every week,
This is all easy now, i can’t wait to see where i’ll be in another year.
