Guess who spent this entire week on the couch/in bed 🏽 I woke up a week ago feeling low key like death, and have only just started to feel human again! In the past, I've always pushed through sickness + continued to workout, but this week I've literally done NOTHING. In fact, my only activity this week was getting up off the couch to grab some snacks.
I'll be the first to admit that I find it extremely difficult to rest. I like being up and about, and I like seizing the day...but sometimes our body forces us to chill for a moment and that's okay! Rest is good. I need to do more of it 😎 - 8 hours ago
