SO.. WHAT'S YOUR EXCUSE??
..is it that you don't have enough time? Money? Information or are limited by an injury or food intolerance?
⛑️ WARNING; This is one of those tough love, "bad cop" moments. But as you are reading please remember this is coming from a place of love and am saying it because I want you to finally succeed at getting your goal.
EVERYBODY I work with, and everybody in this group is no different. Those that succeed will find a way, and those that don't will find an excuse. -
Take Shabana, here for example. She has 3 kids, a single mum and works full time on minimum wage in an expensive city. Yea sure she gets a helpful benefit from the government, but all of that stuff is irrelevant because she WANTED to change and found a way to make it work. -
She learnt the information from here, and other places and then MADE TIME and put it into ACTION. And look at the difference? -
So I ask you again, what is you excuse? -
Is it time?? How do you think busy executives, or for example the Prime Minister of NZ (who just had a baby) still stay healthy and in shape?
Is it money? You might say, oh they have money and can pay personal trainers to train them. Well the problem with this is that 50GBP for a PT session is nothing to them, so if they choose to make work more important and miss the session then it's "no biggie". ( And I should know, I had corporates book with me 4x a week and would cancel 50% of the time- do you think they got results?)
💷 Oh but a vegan diet is expensive? Yea maybe if you go out to fancy restaurants, but you are literally just eating more of the cheaper things in the supermarket, fruit, vegetables, beans, legumes and whole grains. No meat, no eggs, no animal products. And yes if you choose to have tofu it's the same price as meat (or at least should be). No one is telling you to go buy fake meats, organic products or vegan treats.
🤸♀️ No gym?? Last time I checked it didn't cost anything to go on youtube and do a HIIT workout or go for a run.
