Step 8 - Learn gratitude
Gratitude is an invitation to experience a different way of seeing the world! We all see the world and others from the lens of our limiting beliefs.
One way to expand those limits is to be grateful for all you are and all you have. Each night before you sleep, list 3 things that you were grateful for that day.
It can be as wonderful as a baby’s giggle or as simple as enjoying a cup of tea.
It’s also a great way to start the day so you can include it as part of your morning routine - 5 hours ago
