5 Benefits of Weight training

In this series, I’ll set out 5 of the top benefits of weight training. Before we dive in, I’ll start with a quick clarification of terms. Weight or resistance training is generally considered to be the use external resistance to add load to the body to achieve muscular benefits like strength. From now on, I’ll refer mainly to strength training which encompasses anything which puts a demand on the body causing it to generate higher levels of muscular force. This can cover assisted methods which serve to unload the bodyweight, bodyweight exercises or any type of external resistance like kettlebell, barbells and bands. The benefits set out are aimed at those who are going from doing no or very little strength training to some focussed sessions a couple of times a week. That’s where you will reap the biggest rewards however some of them are still applicable to even the more experienced trainer. There are benefits to exercising shared among many different types such as the social aspects of community and making new friends as well as the physical benefits of it aiding with achieving and maintaining a healthy bodyweight. I’ll try to focus more on those that are unique or are particularly relevant to strength training.

Brownies für 1,5 SP!

1. 2 Äpfel schälen und in kleine Stücke schneiden. Mit etwas Wasser weich kochen und anschließend pürieren.
2. 2 Eier, 40 g Backkakao, je nach Süße ca 12 bis 18 g Natreen Streusüße, 75 g Mehl, 1 TL Backpulver und die pürierten Äpfel vermischen. 
3. In eine Silikonform füllen und bei 180°c ca 25 min backen. 
Die Backlänge kann variieren, jenachdem wie groß die Äpfel sind. Am besten nach 20 min Stäbchenprobe machen.

Ich habe mir fest vorgenommen seit einigen Tagen das tägliche bzw. sogar mehrmals tägliche wiegen sein zu lassen, weil es einfach auf der psychischen Ebene probleme bereitet und das soll es nicht. Damit würde ich dann genau das Gegenteil erreichen von dem was eigentlich mein ziel ist. Das ich diesen Monat so oft auf Seminaren bin hat den Vorteil, dass ich etwas lerne den Abstand zur Waage zu gewinnen, was einfach wichtig ist. Ich habe mich vor ca. 1Woche noch 3mal täglich gewogen und hatte abends angst etwas zu trinken, weil ich ja nicht zunehmen wollte, manchmal habe ich mir tagelang das gewicht von abends aufgeschrieben um mir dann selbst ausrechnen zu können wie viel ich am nächsten Tag wiegen werde. 🌱

Es ist wirklich wichtig sich im ganzen ernst zu nehmen und Veränderungen zu zulassen. Es ist genauso wichtig auch mal als normal anzuerkennen 1-2kg mal zu zunehmen. Es ist nichts schlimmes.
-Wir sind alle liebenswert und gut, ob dick oder dünn.

Ich habe mit meiner Therapeutin darüber gesprochen, weil ich es auch nicht anders verstehen konnte, weil meine ganze Gedankenwelt nur an der Waage festklebte. Sie löste den Kleber mit mir und sie hat mir nochmal versichert das alles normal sei, dass auch sie mal zunehmen würde Und das sie mir wünschen würde, dass ich mich nicht mehr jeden tag wiege,  sondern dass ich meinem Körper noch mehr vertrauen schenke. 💟 Und: Das trinken am abend genau so wie am morgen extrem wichtig sei für den Körper um alle Giftstoffe auszuschütten.

Das wollte ich mal mit euch teilen, vielleicht könnt ihr aus diesem Text irgendwas mitnehmen.

In der Regel möchte ich mich nur noch Samstags und anfang+ende des monats wiegen. Alles was da drüber liegt (ist meine eigene bewusste Verantwortung zu wissen, dass es mir nicht gut tun könnte)

#wowvictorydiet Не понимаю, что происходит вес 132.1 кг. Я не ем запрещеных продуктов, но вес немного подрос. И понятное дело меня это пугает. Но ничего. Первая цель #125кг, это на степень ожирения ниже, чем сейчас. Вчера в разговоре случайно упомянула мч сколько я вешу😂😂😂 видели бы его его глаза. И сказала сколько весила, когда познакомились. Сказал - я поехал, я очень плохо влияю на твою диету. Но вообще мистика какая-то, когда он рядом я поправляюсь. Хорошо не живём вместе.
