Salon- you walk into the salon it is very busy, as it is just after work, you are not greeted by anyone and make your way to the sink wash your own hair look around to see what  chairs are available they are all taken, agree with a woman to share some hair straighteners , it takes for ever you end up looking the same as you walked in . You try again next week this time in the morning before work with the same results...you never go back.
Gym - you walk into big chain gym and your pass let’s you in. No one speaks to you and you see it is very busy. You warm yourself up in the corner with a few stretches and you look around for a machine but they all taken. You decide to adapt your workout and ask a woman if you could share some weights with with her, most of the weights are in use and they are a bit heavy for you but it is all you can use, your session takes for ever. After you eventually finish you feel drained and unmotivated. You try again next week this time in the morning before work, it is still busy and the experience is the same. You never go back but you are locked into a contract or forget to cancel your membership and end up wasting lots of money.

You would not expect this sort of experience in the salon so why do you put up with this in the gym!

At body planners we operate private and semi private sessions in a personal training studio where the emphasis is on you and you have the attention of a highly qualified trainer. Experience the difference. Probably a bit like your salon experience.
