DAY 42 and 43! 🤙 Wrapping up the weekend just gone today (Monday). What a weekend, lots achieved! 🤗
After a rough'ish week last week, I loved joining the Saturday morning legends for our early morning partner WOD! I was paired up with gorgeous @kelseybarton and together we smashed it! Kels is a powerhouse! And as you can see there were lots of lunges in our workout! Is it weird that I love glute pain? haha! 🤔🙃
Workout started with a 100 calorie row - then 5x rounds of - 20x (jumping chest to bar) pull-ups, 20x sandbag walking lunges, 20x push-ups, 20x sandbag walking lunges (again). After completing 5x rounds of these movements, we had another 100 calorie row and then 5x rounds again! Kels and I made it to the second round of the second set! The reps of the WOD were split between us.
Nutrition was also good over the weekend. Fasted until midday on Saturday, which was actually a 24 hour fast in the end yayyy!! I had a nice lunch of a warm Atlantic Salmon salad before I presented an Arbonne Luxury Facial in the afternoon. When I got home Saturday night, I had some crackers with cheese and 2x glasses of wine, of course this was off plan, but also well deserved! Sunday was the usual rest day from training and time with family (Tyrone at work), and other commitments. Fasted for my regular 16 hours, broke fast with a protein shake and avocado on rice crackers at 2pm, and had roast pork and veggies for dinner with my little family - all being on plan! Over the weekend, I also had my Arbonne blackberry flavoured fizz sticks, coffee, BCAAs and peppermint tea
