Abigail Marie Johnson
Meet Abigail, one of the festival participants of the 2018 Space City New Music Festival. We are excited to have Abigail premiere a new work at the festival! Take a few moments to learn about Abigail.
Abigail Johnson is a composition and music history major at Baldwin Wallace University. During her time there she has studied under Dr. Clint Needham and Dr. Jonathon Sokol for composition, and Dr. Danielle Kuntz for music history. At Baldwin Wallace she is a member of the Baldwin Wallace Symphony Orchestra. She has a very diverse musical background; classically trained at CIM, attending folk music festivals, co-founding an electric orchestra, playing in numerous pit orchestras, and playing in a Gamelan ensemble during her time studying abroad in Ireland. ———————————————
