Abs are made in the kitchen...and NOT overnight. Because I am a gymnast and a bodybuilder, I keep my form year round. I consider what I eat and I know that whatever I eat will end up on my body. So after trying so so hard for months and months to lose weight and sort through my skin problems by exercising almost everyday and doing weights a few times a week (not to mention being very cautious about what I eat) with absolutely nothing working for me... Papaya. 
It truly is a super fruit; It is loaded with vitamin C and A and it has so many healing properties. It is worth to do the research😉 (check out @medicalmedium ) 
Even though I only introduced myself to this fruit not too long ago (boy was I missing out), I have to say it is one of my favourite fruits to snack on. With so many little calories it is quite filling. 
One thing I did learn though is that most of #papaya sold in stores are GMO!! Yes thats right #geneticalymodified 😠 and I am very against #gmos 
So I will only buy #organic papaya and yes it super expensive.... 2.5 lb costs me about $14, but... I never hesitate to spend $15 on bottle of wine; so I sure will not hesitate spending that money on this amazing fruit! I can always opt out for the gmo version, but for now I’ll pass...

Salmon: High content of omega-3. Why is omega-3 important? There is large clinical evidence supporting the link between omega-3 intake and and a decrease of cardiovascular diseases and an improvement of joints. Salmon is also a great source of protein.
Watercress: Nitrates, vitamins K, C and A.
Tomatoes: vitamin C, potassium and folate.
Flaxseeds: High in antioxidants. Try to add seeds to your salads, they are full of nutritional benefits.
I have baked the salmon with miso, soy sauce and sesame seeds.

These mini nice cream sandwiches were so much fun to create. For the chocolate wafers, @sunspirechocolate dairy-free chocolate baking chips.  For the filling, frozen bananas blended with @milkadamia macadamia milk and @frontiercoop vanilla extract. 
To form the sandwiches, I create them with @chefncorp Sweet Spot Mini Ice Cream Sandwich Maker from @williamssonoma. 🍌 + 🍫 = 😋
