we got an absolutely deathly destructive barbell leg and b🍑🍑ty circuit workout coming in hot 🔥
all you need is a barbell and you’re good to go (or not, if u don’t like death)
1️⃣ side to side reverse lunges x12
2️⃣ 4-step pause squats (absolutely horrific I am so sorry) x6
3️⃣ stiff leg deadlifts (my preference is to not lock out at the top to maintain tension but up to you❗️) x12
✖️perform each exercise for the designated number of reps, then go straight onto the next
🔁 repeat circuit x5, resting 1m between each circuit

1️⃣ lateral raise ➡️ shoulder press
2️⃣ around the worlds
3️⃣ lat raise ➡️ chest press
perform each exercise for 40s, then move straight onto the next
🔁 repeat the circuit x5 resting for 45s between circuits
✖️use bigger weights than I did lol I used this as a finisher

fat burning treadmill cardio coming in hoooot (and sweaty) 🏃🏼‍♀️💥⤵️
I love mixing up my cardio with circuits but sometimes a treadmill is all ya need to get that sweaty endorphin-filled hella good workout you need 💦
This is what I do when I either have a death wish, or am short on time/wanna walk out of the gym feeling like I really put in all the effort I could 🔥
〰️
✖️warm up: (6 mins)
1️⃣ alternating crab walks ~ 30s
2️⃣ walking lunges ~ 30s
3️⃣ walk @ 6kph ~ 1m
~ 🔁 repeat x3 @ 3% incline, whatever speed is comfortable for 1 & 2
✖️sprints: (15m)
▶️ 15s ◀️ sprint at ~85% of your max speed (I do approx 20kph)
◀️ 45s ▶️ jump to the side (practice this on a low speed before trying), and perform bodyweight squats
~ 🔁 repeat for 15m
✖️warm down: (10m)
⤵️ walk at 5kph @ 5% incline for 10m

no but in al seriousness HIIT sprints are a FANTASTIC way to burn fat, I find them most effective out of al cardio for quick results & massively improving my fitness so I can do all my other lifts/circuits etc better and ⬆️ results 💅🏼
❗️please be careful with jumping to the side in the sprints, if you’d prefer to just slow down the treadmill & hop off for some squats then go ahead!
