Look at just a few examples of Thursday morning motivation. In spite of the weather, Fatburn has only ONE space for tomorrow and the other two classes only TEN spaces each. Four or five may not turn up and given the weather, perhaps a few more. I’ll make allowances, but it still stands that many of these people are regular faces in our early morning classes. We all come in before work, we work out together, then continue our day with that feel good buzz of endorphins swimming around in our system until Friday morning when we have Melanie’s classes!
Maybe you want to kick your weekends off feeling fit with us on a Friday morning, or have a laugh and make new friends at our Saturday night classes. You may even want to earn that Netflix n pizza on a Sunday morning. Start as you mean to go on - Monday morning or just get away from your desk to avoid the pish lunchtime banter on a Tuesday.
