I have been on the same calories for the last 3 weeks and feeling good,sleeping 😴good, training is great, and still get 1️⃣free meal a week🏼
Many people message daily saying they wish they had my diet or they could eat as much as I could. You CAN you just have to take the time to learn your body, treat it well, give it good, whole foods (70%-80%) of the time and train 🏋🏼♀️optimal for your body. I took about 10 weeks to reverse diet. I gradually increased calories, which I would say was the BEST🏼 thing I have done since starting my weight loss journey. Even though being up 6lbs –ish I still am happy with my current physique😈
