Have you ever stoped and though about why you are doing the things that you are doing? Are they bringing you further away or closer to what you want to achieve? Do you even know what your goal is? And if you do, what's driving you?
Is it negative drivers like guilt and fear or positive drivers like ambition and dreams? They can both be just as powerfull and make you reach your goal, but they influence you differently.
Your drivers to action are responsible for pushing you forward. Therefor they become your point of focus, the feelings you tap into when you need to remind yourself of why you're not going to give up.
By having positive drivers you are constantly tapping into empowering feeling, and those feelings are what's getting your attention. This can make a world of difference, don't you think?
