If you have to post b.s. on Instagram to look better, then you need to re-evaluate things.

I’m starting a YouTube channel soon and solely focusing on 100% real lifts, and Training/ Nutrition information that actually works for me.

Not stolen content like a few do (looking at you, Vince) and not  fake ass weights to make yourself look like you are “breaking records daily”. I am sure we all know who i am referring to, let’s just call him, Frad Hassleberry.

I don’t lift or squat the heaviest, but at the same time, I go to depth! Full range of motion and below parallel squats. 
Stop claiming “beast mode” with those inch presses, guys.  Drop the weight a bit, Drop the Ego and do it correctly. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Www.lefleurfitness.com

#tbt when i had a bitchin’ Sons of Anarchy beard. I always consider growing it out again.

Side note- I have been watching way too many YouTube Fitness “Trainer” videos and can only 🤦🏻‍♂️. Fact-Squats go Below parallel. Not parallel and absolute not Above parallel! Those are called Quarter Squats and they are shit.

If your Trainer cannot do a proper squat, you need a new trainer ASAP.

If they are cheating squats, I am sure they are cheating a ton of other things as well. 
Accepting a sub-par Squat is in line with accepting a participation 🏆. Sure you didn’t actually achieve it, but you can celebrate like you did.

Hold your standards high. Don’t accept less than that.

Don’t worry about what has happened in the past. What’s done is done, if you are not looking forward at all times then what the hell are you doing? Life,workouts,diets,etc. 
If it has already happened, no amount of wishing or thinking can correct it. Either you can spend the next few years thinking about it, or you can just say Fuck it! And realize that every new day is an opportunity to start over. If you can do that, anything is possible 
Diets-It Doesn’t matter what you ate last week, what are the choices you are GOING to make this week?

Workouts- did you miss a day last week? Did you miss two days? How about this week? What are you going to do to make sure that doesn’t happen again? 
Life- Whatever has happened to you up until this point, has made you YOU. Don’t forget that.  The path in front of you will dictate the rest of your life. Nothing has been written yet. So don’t repeat what has happened because you don’t have to.

Live life 
Real talk.
