Sometimes I struggle to maintain my practice during the work week. My schedule goes:
· 4 am wake up. ·420 leave for work ·5 am arrival and start yoga at the work gym.
·530 start work.
·3pm i leave work and get home by 4
·630 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays I give yoga lessons to my sister and her friend at my house ·The other days I try and find some energy to get another workout in, do chores or collapse onto my couch. It's hard but rewarding and I never regret it. 🏻 - 2 months ago
