This is delicious as a topping on rice cakes, lavash bread, waffles, apples,bananas, pancakes, or on it's own. This is a versatile protein packed filling snack on the go! Protein cookie dough butter! Let's inject some humanity back into social media shall we. Instagram has a way of catching all the wonderful aspects of life. Travel, health, happiness, fun, you name it it's out there posted somewhere. But what people forget to show is the reality & that's what people want to see. They want to see that they can relate, that there's other people out there struggling, not living a perfect life, & having some difficulties that make us all human. Why do we not want to show our weakness to a world a people that barely know us?

No-one has room to judge anyone because we all have problems, & noones life is perfect. I myself will admit I don't always eat perfect, I don't always feel great, I have anxiety sometimes, I struggled alot to get to where I am & I get angry when I'm tired or hungry. These things  all make us human & isn't shameful. You may feel alone but your not.

For example an older woman came up to me in Wal-Mart today & felt the need to discuss her difficulties with her husband with me. Not because she wants to complain but because she just wanted someone to listen. Let that be a lesson to us all, even though people may be around that doesn't mean they listen or help you heal from whatever is going on. Let us not see people for face value & see them for the humans they are. Everyone just wants someone to listen, to care, & to bring humanity back into the world. We all need to learn to stop, reflect, & listen.

This backpacking trip was absolutely incredible. Now I see the secret of making the best person. It is to grow in the open air, disconnect from the world for a few days & to eat & sleep with the earth. The most beautiful destinations are within walking distance if you are willing to take on the challenge.

To see how little you truly need to survive & how lucky we are to have everything at such easy accessibility in the modern world, that is the true source of personal growth. Get outside your comfort zone & experience the world in a new way.

This was truly the most peaceful & secluded paradise on earth that you would never believe exists in the middle of the canyon. I thank the tribe for allowing us on their reservation to experience the most beautiful clear blue waters & skies you can ever imagine.

I always like to get an eggs Benedict when I'm traveling. It's filling, loaded with protein, & absolutely delicious!! I always make sure I get my vegetables & fats in the morning to start my day off right.

Because it wouldn't be a trip if I didn't take at least one risky photo to scare my mom🤷 I love my mother by the way.

But we are finally out safe & sound. 4 days of hiking, camping, & not showering was totally not what I was expecting. It was hot, dusty, & difficult at points with the sandstorms & heat but totally wprth every ounce of effort. Being in nature is so relacing & fills you with such a sense of peace & for these views I'll hike 30 miles any day. I absolutely recommend hiking & staying in havasupai. Its definetly a unique & absolutely stunning experience with the tribe.
