When your lean its always hard to let go and embrace the fluff, but in order to grow you HAVE to push the calories. That's doesnt mean eating shit and getting fat but you have to be in a constant surplus.

With 6 weeks to go Matt is dropping nice and steady each week, first we had to increase his food as Matt being a natural ectomorph and somebody who has long limbs and a naturally fast metabolism wasn't eating enough food.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Now metabolic rate is firing scales and measurements are moving each week and as we progress we aim to implement a structured refeed day each week end that will mimic what we will do come show day.

Each week we slowly push the calories, gauge weight and measurements and track varibles like degestive health and make sure he's utilizing all them calories.

We increased more carbs around training pre and post just to make him mote insulin sensitive and making sure he's fuelled going into his sessions and he's recovering post.

A nice 2.2lb drop the last 5 days with more tweaks we implemented, again we keep pushing every week with another tweak tomorow and increased cardio.
