MID-WEEK INSPIRATION! 🏼🏼
Don’t bonk, there’s still 4 more days to enjoy. When I’m happy I feel energized, don’t you?! But I have AMAZzzzzing energy when I am feeding my self good food. Right!!! 🥣 I make a batch of these oatmeal cups, pop in freezer and heat for breakfast, snack, pre/post workout. Super easy and all the macros! 🥣🥜🥥
🏻If one more of my students asks me why their body isn’t changing but they refuse to change or even consider their nutrition habits, I’m going to cry 🤬.
If you don’t feed your muscles they will die!! 🏼
It truly makes me sad that there is so much confusion surrounding wellness. 🙃🥦
I won’t give up on you though, & I will keep teaching those who want to learn.
There is a health recipe that fits each and every individual and the trick is finding out what ingredients work best for your body. YOU! Not the person on TV, or a magazine or on the reformer next to you. 🏼🏼
