Circuit From Hell today 🔥. Save this post if you want to attempt it 😵⤵️Pretty ridiculous today but wanted a full body workout. The change of pace was much needed & called for a blurry pic while on my tiptoes. 😂

Warmup on treadmill incline walk 5 min
🔁Repeat following circuit 4 times🔁
1️⃣DEADLIFTS: 20 reps
2️⃣ROWER: 1 min at 8 RPE
3️⃣BENCH PRESS: 20 reps
4️⃣ROWER: 1 min at 8 RPE
5️⃣SQUATS: 20 reps
6️⃣ROWER: 1 min at 8 RPE
7️⃣OVERHEAD PRESS: 20 reps
8️⃣REST: 2.5 minutes

When @arcticzero sends love in a box 😍. These always save me when I’m craving ice cream (which is every second of the day) Pints are only 280-360 calories, and who the hell doesn’t eat the whole pint? Come on now. I’m also used to having to thaw out my arctic zero but with their new line of light ice cream you don’t have to worry about that anymore! With low cal, clean ingredients, and super creamy, they stepped it up. Definitely recommend 👌😋.

When scrolling through, it’s easy to forget:
“Wherever you are in life with whatever you’re doing, you’re going to be ahead of some and behind others. That’s okay. Own where you are. Take time to embrace and celebrate that. Continue moving forward. And never compare your beginning to someone else’s middle.” (I still catch myself doing this). There was A LOT of time, mistakes, and injuries between these two pics.

That’s okay, it was a long time ago, I didn’t like where I was and I did something about it.
