Happy Friday Babes! If you’ve been watching MHFD series on YouTube then you’ll know I’m a huge advocate for sustainability and realistic goals! So in order to keep it real I’ve decided I need to make sure I #CheckMyselfBeforeIRestMyself 🤓. I’m sometimes a bit naughty when I have been super on top of my goals for a period of time. In that I lose rhythm with my training and nutrition. So to avoid going back to square one I’m setting this goal - to check in with myself and be mindful, making sure I’m doing the best I can with the tools I have at any one time! If you guys want to win a years gym memebership @thegymgroup then post a pic and come up with your own "keeping it #RealResolutions" hashtag ! I’d love to see what you guys create! When you get to wake up to the love of your life 😍. Dreams can come true. I did not see this coming, didn’t eggspect it one bit, but you may have seen on my story the other day that @clarence_court have reggleased a 10 box of their Burford Browns! No not yolking—scrambled my brain as well! Usueggly I would eat a box in two days (which would drive me crackers)! So you can only eggmagine how shell shocked I was (in a good way obvieggsly). One box was never un oeuf. I’m so glad they hatched a plan to solve this problem- suddenly everything seems all white with the world. I know it’s not rocket science but seriously- bravocado guys. Sorry if this is a bit corny for a morning post, I peel like I’ve gone a bit soft 🌚 #thetinytank #breakfast #brunch #puns #eggporn #yolkporn

FULL BODY BAREBELL COMPLEX 🏋🏼‍♀️ (I appear to be wonky throughout this whole workout, apologies #onlyhuman #seewhatididthere). You complete all four exercises back to back before resting, 12 reps on each exercise! I did a warmup set with just the bar and then followed it with 5 more rounds! Rest for 2 minutes in between- enjoy and try not to die 👏🏻 1️⃣RDL2️⃣BENT OVER ROW(I alternated my grip each round) 3️⃣FRONT SQUAT4️⃣MILITARY PRESS/PUSH PRESS! Before & After a workout- look how much happier I am afterwards!Case in point exercise is fun 🌚and generally a good idea 💁🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ today I tried boxing (swipe left) I don’t want to say I was good at it, because that would be a lie 👀 I did however really enjoy the challenge and trying something new! Mid-afternoon Monday Snacking 🌱🥒🥦🍇. PSA I had a full size five guys yday and am still alive to tell the tale, I haven’t starved myself today to compensate, I haven’t done extra cardio (and won’t but I am heading to the gym later). This is my third “meal” I’ve had today although it’s technically a snack because I’ve already had breakfast & lunch. The point of this post is that if you do have a day full of delicious but perhaps less nutritious foods- don’t feel guilty about it, if you enjoyed it at the time that’s fantastic. If you want you can make more mindful choices the next day but whatever you do, do not suddenly freak out and get yourself into a panic because you were chill-axing to the max-ing and enjoyed some yummy food. I hate to employ YOLO as a means of evidentiary support but guys-YOLO, if you turn down every donut/burger/chocolate every time I feel like that’s pretty miserable and life is to be enjoyed. To act as devils advocate to my own point (bc I love debating so much I will even argue with myself within a caption 🙃). Obviously in order to enjoy life for longer there is good reason to try and make sure that, for the most part, your meals are nutritious and that you do take regular exercise- but it’s what you’re doing consistently that matters. So please remember if you got a little heavy on the booze/food/sugar front this weekend- don’t worry, just slip back into your nice normal routine. PSA no.2 I fried mango in sesame seed oil and then added black sesame seeds and it was delicious #thetinytank #recipe #healthyeating #mindfulness #fatloss #vegan #vegetarian #snack #plantbased

So as you guys know I love talking about all things to do with women's health. You might remember that around this time last year, I posted about coming off the pill and that I was really surprised and pleased with the way I felt being hormone free. So once I got into a new relationship I was pretty hesitant to go back onto the pill, which is why when I heard about @naturalcycles, the first EU certified contraceptive app (18+), I was really excited to try it out and work with them. The pill effects everyone differently, for me I found that I didn't really get along with the combined or the mini-pill despite being on the latter for years. So I am really excited that I can now monitor my cycle by taking my temperature each morning and logging it on the app, not only to get to know my body better but also as a means of contraception. I will let you guys know how I get on, but as always make sure to do your own research and form your own decision!
