Healthy eating is simple. -
I have had so many people ask me, “what do you eat in a day, how many macros, how do you keep track?”
I don’t. I simply eat intuitively. I realize if you are prepping for a show or you have strict dietary guidelines provided by your doctor because your weight is a health risk, but otherwise people are making it too hard! Stop trying to #diet and make a permanent change.
Simply stop eating crap. Ditch the pop, the processed junk, the massive overloads of sugar. Eat good, wholesome food and make conscious decisions. -
Incorporate exercise and drink your water! Your body will reward you when you treat it with respect! 🖤
