Anger management workout 2.0! ️Warning️Little life story before I explain the actual workout. Scroll down if you just want to do my anger management workout .
You know, I used to bottle up my emotions and frustrations so badly, sometimes I felt like I was going to explode. Certainly after I broke up with my ex and he turned super nasty on me, I was so freaking angry I didn’t know how to deal with it. It’s a very bad feeling to realise someone who once meant the world to you and for whom you did everything, could be so ungrateful and could intentionally try to hurt you. He still tries to up to this very day, only now he means nothing more to me than a fly on the wall (not trying to act tough, I just don’t care anymore). Anyway, my point being I think everyone deals with stuff in their life, stuff which makes you want to scream and shout (and let it all out lol) to the world!! But in our society, we can’t simply run screaming
So after all of this SHIT with my ex, I found the perfect way to release that anger and frustration. Up to this moment I do this small workout whenever I get stressed, and it makes me feel so alive and amazing!!! You should try it, and let me know what you think and how it made you feel (besides tired)!
Also, if you want to, let me know what your most frustrating moment was in your life? That almost got you to explode?
First you do 8 deadlifts, as heavy as you can. Then you go to your kettlebell swings, also 8 reps. Immediately go to your slamballs. Take a weight that’s heavy af for you, also 8 reps as fast as you can. Then finish with 8 box jumps. 60 seconds rest until your next round. In total 5 rounds!
Have fun ️.
