The upper chest is an area so many of my clients come to me struggling with. A well developed upper chest takes your physique from zero to left looking like an action hero!
The chest has one action, moving the shoulders or arms towards the front of the body. While the chest starts in one place, the other end of it is broadly attached to the sternum. This is why it’s important to hit certain muscles with a variation of angles.
Certain movements stress more muscle activation in one area of the muscle fibers than another. This incline dumbbell fly variation is going to help you get a great stretch and contraction in the upper chest fibers. Shoot for 3-4 Sets with 12x15 reps.
