Happiest Friday and happiest shoulder day!! Except this was from my last shoulder workout because once again, I’m snowed in. What’s going on here 🤔😂 I love shoulder workouts with my entire HEART AND SOUL. Let’s get itttttttt

1️⃣ superset | 4 sets of 8 (heavier) side lateral raises pinky’s up to 10-12 (lighter) 3/4th side lateral raises. This keeps tensions throughout the entire movement and WOOF, it’s good

2️⃣ 3 sets of 10-12 | cable bent arm front raise hit the side delts like no other. Pinky’s UP here

4️⃣ 3 sets of 10 each arm | single arm rear delt raise. Never neglect your rear!!!!! Thumb up and palm out on this one

Today I’m feeling strong. Strong both mentally and physically. I hope if there’s one thing you’ve learned over this two year journey with me, is to strive to be better than your very best and to live a happy, healthy lifestyle each and every day.

2️⃣ okay prepare yourself this one demolished me thank youuuuu so much banded (I used an XL hip circle) walking goblet squat. With each step you have to fight against the hip circle and it’s demolishing

Wanted to break a nice little SWEAT 😅 over the weekend and get my heart rate up so I whipped up this circuit!! A fun way to switch things up from your normal treadmill work plus your leggies will be burning 🙌🏼 I’ve been shoveling snow all morning and idk if I’ll make it to the gym today lol SO WORKOUT FOR ME FAM! Here we go

1️⃣ 30 second incline side squat step each side, 15-30 second rest

2️⃣ 30 second incline squat walk forward then back, rest

3️⃣ 30 second incline side step with a hop each side, rest

4️⃣ 39 second incline grapevine each side, rest

5️⃣ 30 second sprint!

My incline is at the highest the treadmill will go... 15%. As for speed, start slow! Build to speed you feel comfortable at. Repeat if you’re up for it 🤗💛 happy happy Monday! Song is Lie by Shallou | wearing new new @gymshark seamless color coming soon

2️⃣ I put these two together for a superset of 3 sets | 10 plyo push-ups alternating my hand placement. Remember, there’s many beginner modifications here but this will demolish your tris 👏🏼🤗 into 8 single-arm to both arm fly
