5 minute FAT BLASTING HIIT workout 😅💦👏🏼 don’t forget to double tap 💗 I had such a busy week (hehe can’t wait to tell you all about it but this is why I’ve been a little MIA) and missed quite a few workouts but today!!!!! Today I hit it hard and finished off with this BOMB circuit woohooo! Complete each movement for 40 seconds, rest for 20 and move straight into the next exercise

1️⃣ alternating baby jump switch feet with an oblique twist

2️⃣ 4 alternating jump switch feet into 4 jumping lunges

3️⃣ squat jump into crossover

4️⃣ quick feet into half burpee

SWEATY DEMOLISHING upper body day 🙌🏼😅💦 Don’t forget to double tap💙 training upper body is my fave, who else loves it hehe?? This workout I hit the boobies (chest muscular babies), triceps, biceps and shoulders woooo

1️⃣ SUPERSET | 3 sets of 10 incline chest fly into 12 tricep push-ups. Doing them at this angle makes them much easier so give them a try woo

2️⃣ SUPERSET | 3 sets of 8-10 rear delt cable pulls (UGH MY FAVE) into 10 tricep extenstions ughgg sooooo good

3️⃣ Bicep demolisherrrrrrrrr 3 sets of 12-15 reps

1️⃣ 3 sets of 8 reverse lunges into split stance straight leg DL hehe this is a weird movement but focus on working the front straight leg

2️⃣ 3 sets of 10 3/4th banded squats, pop right up after you lightly tap your bum... into 12 with no weight for a nice lil burn out hehe

3️⃣ 3 sets of 8 sumo DL’s into single leg hamstring press

sweaty sweatttttttt and ab session to end my week yesterday 😅💦 don’t forget to double tap💙 Sunday is ALWAYS my rest and prep day... getting ready for the week ahead. Currently love doing more sweat sessions now that summer is here 👏🏼🙌🏼💦 simple, quick, effective. Let’s doooo it

1️⃣ 30 seconds | jump squats into leg cross over

2️⃣ 30 seconds | lower ab crunches, really lift pelvis and tuck in on this one

3️⃣ 30 seconds | low side step into a lil baby shallow squat jump

4️⃣ 30 seconds | hollow hold into tuck in, never let feet or chest touch the floor for the entire duration of the move hehe killer

I complete all 4 moves without resting! I used the ab exercises as my active recovery- feel free to repeat this too! Wearing that new new @gymshark coming soooon 👀💚 song is The Reason by Chelsea Cutler
